Given the recent thread concerning PDAs and other handheld devices, I
thought the following resource might be useful:

Dragan, R.V. 2001. Wireless by design. PC Magazine, March 6/2001: IP01-IP06
(just after page 117).

It's an elegant, comprehensive review of the current technologies, and not
too technical. I imagine it's also available online at www.pcmag.com
