And I have seen plenty of users looking for the Copy menu option and not be
able to find it because they didn't read the rest of the sentence - Oh! It
is on the Edit menu! Well, why didn't they say that!
I swear it is true. I have seen this many times.
If they have to do something to get to the Edit command, then tell them what
it is. On the Edit menu, click Copy. Very straightforward and helps them to
get the interface at the same time. Costs you nothing to do and may actually
help someone to stay on track.
