Beth doesn't say what State she lives in, but
I hope she doesn't live in NJ or another State like this.

Absurd regulations prohibit offering discounts to
independents: my brother, a freelance writer
in Pennsylvania, gets his discount through
his Chamber of Commerce, but there's no
such animal to be found here.

Beth, check on your State regs and don't
move to NJ. (Too many of us here anyway.)
