And yes, under that agreement, you are passing your exclusive rights
to the material to Microsoft.

As reported in today's GigaLaw.com Daily News (http://www.GigaLaw.com/news), after great backlash, Microsoft has, not surprisingly, revised its "Terms of Service" for Passport by deleting terms that granted the company a broad license to use, modify, distribute, publish or sell "any communication with or through the Passport website."
