I have this much-edited-by-many-people Word document that needs to be
converted to PDF. Some of the cross-references are real Word
cross-references to numbered paragraphs. Other cross-references are
ordinary hyperlinks.

Will both be converted smoothly to PDF bookmarks, or am I going to have an
unholy gawdawful miserable mess on my hands?
