While I totally agree, I have bring this back to the original point, which
centers around new writers. You have to start somewhere, and my point is to
not be picky about what tool your future employer is using, but rather be
picky about all the other important details (salary, to a degree, as well as
benefits). Learn the tool they have on-hand and make a recommendation if you
see it fit later on.
