Barb,

At the risk of of appearing a total anthropoid, I have found this to be very
useful way of getting information out of recalcitrant SMEs - indeed they
often *prefer* it to other mechanisms (like writing feature specs or
spending hours being interviewed).

I agree that it shouldn't be the sole means of communication, but it has
definitely helped me in the past, particularly when schedules were tight and
specifications had yet to be written. In an ideal world maybe it shouldn't
happen, but.....

Regards (or should that be "OOK-OOK-EEK!"? :-)
