Yes it does.

When you installed Acrobat, it should have installed PDFMaker. In Word, the
Acrobat menu and buttons on the toolbar are added.

To set your bookmarks, Acrobat > Change Conversion Settings > Bookmarks tab >
Convert Word Headings to Bookmarks. Check the headings that apply.

If you want the bookmarks to display when the file is opened, click on the
Display Options tab, then select Bookmarks and Page.

To generate your PDF file, click on Convert to Adobe PDF from the menu or
toolbar.
