Re: Should I furnish computer?
I'm working at home full-time as a writer/editor because of a disability using Sun's work station on an ISDN line. Now that my company
is facing hard times, My boss is concerned about the cost of ISDN and wants me to use my PC on a DSL line.
I asked if they would pay me something for the use of my PC
and the answer was no. I'm been a regular employee for 6 years.
I know I'm lucky to have a job and be working at home but I'm
wondering if I should push the request to be paid for use of
my PC or just be happy to donate my PC for 8 hours a day?
