In my "former life" at my last job, I used Quark frequently, and I remember
that their was an "applet" that shipped with Quark 4 that would convert
Quark files to PageMaker. Unfortunately, I also remember that I never
successfully made it work.

I believe, however, that there are some third party utilities that will
work. There's a company -- I believe it's called Extensis or Xtensis --
that makes many Quark Xtensions. You might start a web search looking for
info on them.

Sorry I can't be of more help!

Is there any easy way to convert a Quark file to Word or PageMaker (first
choice) or anything else (second choice)? I checked the archives but found
only a 2-year-old question (no answers) on this.
Thanks
Maryann
