Autotext page numbering problemo

Does anyone know how to manipulate the second number in the running-total page number thing? I'm using the autotext entry "Page x of y." 

My first page is the cover page, second and third pages are TOC, and text with page numbers really starts at page three. I'd like Word to not count those pages so that y equals the total number of pages minus 3. 

Is it possible?
