Hi.

A coworker has been put in charge of updating existing online documentation in RoboHelp. The original online help deals with a program used for streets. She must change the original online help to deal with a program used for railways. The two programs are virtually identical in functionality.

The change in the online help involves changing topic titles, and headings, and replacing every instance of information related to the street program so that it talks only about the railway program. It's essentially a global replace job.

My question is, is there an EASY way to do this? A global replace in Word changes topic titles and IDs, which of course breaks all the links throughout the entire help system. Does RoboHelp have some sort of utility that carries out global changes?
