My least favorite question is "what do you consider to be 
your weaknesses?" Yuck! I'm always tempted to answer that 
one facetiously, too, like "well, since I've been treated 
for cleptomania, I guess the key remaining problem is my 
inability to concentrate on... hey, did you see that?"

Seriously, I don't see the value in this question at all.
