You know, this is SUCH a good point I just had to comment on it.
I don't mind questions about my long-term goals, but this one,
the one about my weaknesses as an employee... they came
right out of the 1970's interview manuals.
When I interviewed for this job, my boss said something like,
"Why don't I tell you about the job and where I see it going,
and then you can tell me how that jives with your plans." I
liked that.
If they're sitting there reading me questions out of a manual
and mentally checking off the "right" answers on the checklist,
I dont' want to work for them anyway.
