A little imagination can make the fantasy real. Documentation in any
media is meant to be scanned and easily read. On the whole, these
requirements are better understood in concepts of on-line writing than
in print. Therefore, by designing to on-line standards, you can usually
produce documentation that works very well on paper, too. You might use
a few extra pages, adding to the expense, but it can be done. The
problem isn't with the differences in media so much as with writers of
limited vision.
