All too many HR types seem to be incapable of reading with any degree of
understanding. Like computers, they look for the key words in the
screening program. If the key words are in there, your CV goes to pile
A. Otherwise it's the circular file.
Which explains why I sometimes get calls on other technical ocupations. Ive had someone call and take 2 long minutes to tell me he thought I was a programmer or database admin or who knows what, because they never got passed the word "technical" when they did their keyword search.
