I see two concurrent outcomes. The above, and the opposite. I think that
some organizations will pull the online content, either for monetary reasons
or for "principle". I think others will pay the additional royalties. In the
long run, the companies who jump on board quickly will make out, as
readership will increase (due to more accessible content) for them and will
decrease for those who hold content back.

Just my thoughts.
