RE: Starting a business

One of the major points in favor of writing a business plan, is it gets the
future business owner to THINK!  All to often, not enough preplanning is put
into what the business is all about, what needs to be accomplished, and how
to get there--and the business fails.  I read somewhere that 90% of all
small businesses fail, due to poor management practices and lack of funding.
If you own assets such as a home or property, it's very important not to
risk the roof over your head because of poor planning.

So---think before you leap!
