WordPerfect v 9.0 does a highly credible job of PDF conversion and XML
document creation. It allows tree index creation. The program comes with
Trelix, a an easy web publishing tool. Corel has just released a new
version (10) that is reputed to have superior PDF publishing
capabilities, but I have not yet tested it.
