I have a PDF file from another entity that has been encrypted. It is an 8
page document. The first page contains two lines that have absolutely
nothing to do with the rest of the document. I'd love to delete that page,
but can't because the author secured it (here is where I remind myself that
there is a special spot in hell for this author.) The document security is
as follows:
Security Method: Standard
Open Password: No
Security Password: Yes
Printing: Allowed
Changing the Document: Not Allowed
Selecting Text & Graphics: Not Allowed
Adding or Changing Annotations and Form Fields: Not Allowed

I have tried everything--printing a page range, saving as another file,
deleting the page--but I don't have access to these neat features because
of the security!!! Arrrggghhh.

Does anyone know how I can delete this &*%$#!! useless page from the PDF
file?

(And no, I don't have access to the source document or the author, which is
probably a good thing considering I'm feeling a tad homicidal right now.)
