You have two choices:
1. Make or find a font character that meets your needs.
2. Draw an object (perhaps using existing fonts) and save it as a bitmap, or
whatever other file format you prefer. Then insert the results as needed as
an image.
Of course an existing font would be the best solution, but I can't think of
one like you describe right now.
