Provided you remove any graphics from the start of the file, the
easiest way is simply to open the HTML in Word 97, 2000 or XP.

Be a little cautious in that Word tends to ingore the < character
when it appears in text, but otherwise it's a fairly reasonable
conversion (far from true going the other way unfortunately).
