Why not try Acrobat Business Tools? With a copy of this software installed
on the computers of each person who must sign, the managers can sign the
form on-screen and forward it to the next person who must sign. Plus,
because it's an Acrobat file, you can easily produce good printouts.

I thought Acrobat Business Tools was being discontinued. It's still for sale on the Adobe Web site, but there isn't a 5.0 version.

I hope I'm wrong, though; I was about to encourage my boss to buy a copy.
