Depends on which McDonald's you're talking about ;)

You can refuse to divulge previous salary info, but it doesn't seem to
sit too well with the HR folks.

On the other hand, I suppose you could total all your benefits and the
taxes that your previous employer paid on your behalf if you wanted to
inflate the numbers.
