Give a man a fish...

I'd rather be given a document that tells me howto do the process,
ten let my imagination apply the process, then be told how to do a
"flavor" of process and not know how to apply it to another process.

OTOH, I've created user documentation that gave a generic process,
then showed an example of it being applied...did this in a help
application too. Gave the steps, then a link to another pagede that
showed the steps in opperation.
