Andrew--since when is a 69% markup "about"? "About" has to do with
relative measure, not absolute. Never mind what CEOs make. If you
take your car to the mechanic for a brake job, and ask him what it
will cost, and he says "about $200," then you came to pick up the
car and found a bill for $338, would you have a problem with that?
