I am wondering if there is a setting in Frame 6 to automatically repeat the
main heading with "(continued)" whenever a list of sub-heads flows over to
the next page. For example, if I have:

punctuation
abbreviations, 91, 98
comma, 76-77
endnotes, 132
<page break>
footnotes, 131
lists, 119-120
etc.

I want:
punctuation
abbreviations, 91, 98
comma, 76-77
endnotes, 132
<page break>
punctuation (continued)
footnotes, 131
lists, 119-120

Can this be done automatically or do I have to go through the finished index
and add these headings manually?

Thanks,
Sharon Russell
