Debbi,

An Administration guide provides all the information a
system administrator needs for ongoing use and
maintenance of the system. 

Depending on what sort of system you're documenting,
it would typically include configuration, operations &
maintenance tasks, fault & performance management,
troubleshooting, log messages, etc., etc.
