It can be easily done in VisualBasic, C, C++, Java or almost any
programming language. If you have any knowledge of that language.
However, you do bring up a thought, is there a wizard creation package
on the market? Corollary, is there sufficient demand for a wizard
creation package to justify the cost of creating one?
