Like other people who have replied, I have to say that I'm not a lawyer. However, lawyers with whom I've worked on products suggest that, as a general rule, for every product by another company, you should have a listing like one of these:

Crystal Reports is copyright [year] Crystal Decisions

or

Crystal Reports is a [trademark/registered trademark] of Crystal Decisions.

Then, just to cover yourself, at the end of the list of trademarks, you should include:

All other trademarks and copyrights referred to are the property of their respective owners.
