Regarding the table cell styles - assign a style class to your table cells
(<td class="mystyle">), and that should convert to a Word style when you
open the file.

Your second question is a little more difficult. You can run macros that
will do some of that, but I've had better luck applying a style to the table
in the HTML (<table style="tablestyle">), and then defining that style in
the HTML style sheet. Sounds goofy, but its worked for me.
