Have you tried Adobe's "Classroom in a Book" approach?

When I used it to learn Frame (version 5X), I found it quite helpful.
Between the book and an afternoon or two spent under the watchful eye of a
Frame veteran, I was able to get up to speed VERY quickly.

I have NOT been impressed with the training available for TW-oriented
tools. Most of it seems to be nothing more than an exponentially more
expensively way to cover things I could learn from books. YMMV.
