HMMMM.

I think that anyone who believes that they're overpaid
is going to answer the poll, but not post to the list. We
all know there are managers lurking out there. (You hear
that, Linda? I know you're listening!)

Anyway, I'm wondering if those who consider themselves
"overcompensated" wound up at their current salary through
negotiation, or the recent shortage of competent employees,
or through some other means? Did they mislead their
current employer about skills/experience/training? Did they
just accept a high offer?

How did this happen? How can I make it happen for me? :)

Anonymous responses, anyone? Anyone...

ROFLMAO!!! Yes, I am significantly overpaid. Please cut half my pay
immediately!!! While you're at it, please discontinue my health, dental and
other benefits, as even with half my salary I can afford these just fine on
my own.

;)

I saw some people do think they are overpaid. I'm extremely curious to hear
these arguments.

If you are overpaid and would like to rectify the situation, please contact
me off-list. You can send what you don't need to me, as I just bought a
house and could use the extra money to pay off the bank. *vbg*
