reviewing Open Source software

Looking for websites that review Open Source software for non-developers.
Not that review the code, but that review the packages available in terms of
functionality, ease of use, learning curve, etc, for the end-user without
much technical knowledge.

My brother wants to do a review website for Open Source health software, and
wanted some expert input. <g> Told him I wasn't exactly an Open Source
expert (I just work here) but that I was in touch with a whole bunch of Open
Source enthusiasts, experts, and gurus, who would probably be able to give
him better examples than I would. "Oh yes," he said, "your technical writing
list..."

*Not* asking for example reviews: rather for links to any sites that are
reviewing Open Source software in this way, comparative reviews for
different packages serving similiar functions, aimed at non-developers.
