Out of curiosity, I visited Brainbench and tried a sample test.

I elected to try "Typing Speed and Accuracy."

Here are my results:

We're sorry, but you did not pass.

You had a total score of 2.73 which was below the minimum passing score of
2.75.

Scored higher than 71 percent** of all previous test takers.

So, I guess I had to score in the top 25% to pass? Even though I was 100%
accurate, I was too slow for them.

Oh, well. I have no intention of visiting them again, or paying for a
retake. I am perfectly happy with my typing speed, as is my employer.
