John Posada stated this about my inquiry regarding XML tools;

It just wasn't an appropriate question.<<

Well, some people didn't have a problem with it and provided me with great feedback.

Yesterday, I revised my request so that people could just say what industry they worked in rather than company name...I can understand that the company name thing could be perceived in a different way than my original intentions, but there's nothing "proprietary" about what industry you work in.

For the people who have responded thus far, thanks...For those of you who think I'm up to some sinister plot to extract marketing information for a secret campaign, well, just don't respond.

I could have been underhanded and asked "what XML/SGML tools are being used in your organization?" and then simply looked at the signature block to obtain your company name, but I thought I would be upfront about my reasons for asking.

So, I'm cancelling my request for information on XML/SGML tools. I'll do the research myself.
