Some acts are obviously unethical. If you ruin somebody for your own convenience, or pretend to befriend someone while backstabbing them, then on some level you probably know that you're being
immoral. However, some acts are more ambiguous.

For the ambiguous acts, I suggest an easy answer: if you have to ask whether its ethical, part of you thinks that it's not. So, don't do it. The chances are you won't feel right about doing so, no
matter how many people tell you that it's okay.
