RE: PDF documents are gobble-de-gook when printing

Make sure you are embedding the fonts when you create the PDF. That's the
most likely problem. They don't have your fonts installed on their PC.
Re-Distill the PDF with the embedding turned on and then have them open the
new PDF. See if that fixes it.
