I would say "one" of the three fields instead of "any".

"Either" *always* goes with "or" - and just one "or". Of course, the second
item could be compound, which would allow a more complex statement, such
as:

Choose either one of the fields or one of the flones, one of the garts, and
one of the swingbits.
