Along those lines, a friend of mine when interviewing for a technical
writing job, with many, many years of documented experience in the field,
was asked to tell what their GPA was when they graduated college with their
tech-writing-related English degree. That degree was earned 10+ years
before.
Wow. I would have thought such a thing irrelevant after all that time.
