Try the UC Santa Cruz Extension tech writing program at http://www.ucsc-
extension.edu/main/business/writing.html. They usually have both indexing and
editing classes, if not this quarter then next. You can also try San Jose
State's Professional Development program, or DeAnza College in Cupertino, or UC
Berkeley's extension program.
