As an Old Fart who started in this profession before most of you graduated from diapers, I remember when the only tools available were a well-inked brush and the skins of dead sheep. It was the upstart invaders from other planetary systems that destroyed the profession with their fancy degrees and their addiction to the technology of incised stones. Why, pile up enough gold coins and a Real Writer can write about any dang-fool project with any hare-brained tool the technologists invent.

Heck, let's go hoist a few fermented beverages down at the Anubis Inn. I've got stories to tell...
