Re: Getting Permissions
Just curious what all of you had to go through as far as getting permissions
for using screen shots, etc.. in your manuals. Since much of mine had to do
with MS Windows and other MS programs I had to do a lot of research ...

The only times I've written about software, I was documenting proprietary applications for the company that developed them! Permissions for screen shots was never an issue.
