Sometimes they don't know. Other times, it's the
"speed cooking" mentality... you know, something that
normally cooks for 2 hours at 250 degrees *must* cook
equally as well for 1 hour at 500 degrees... They
probably figured they'd get 6 weeks' of productivity
out of these people to get whatever it is out the
door. True PHB syndrome in action.
