Dear List-

Does anyone know of specific textbooks that discuss
documentation procedures for software development?

I recently ordered:

1. Managing Your Documentation Projects
By Joann T. Hackos
2. Standards For Online Communication
By Joann T. Hackos

Are there any "must have" textbooks for this?
Or websites with similar information?

Thanks!
RD
