Dear List-

We'ree a small company without any clear cut procedures for documentation.
I'm wondering if anyone could recommend a textbook (or website) that would
help in setting up a documentation department.
I just ordered:

1. Managing Your Documentation Projects- by Joann Hackos
2. Software Project Survival Guide- by Steve McConnell

Thanks-
