It's been a while since I've had to do this, but I remember finding just
this sort of thing in Auerbach Reports DataPro Reports and others in the
Science Department of the Boston Public Library. They had everything, and
they are a Patent Office Depository, to boot.

By now, some of these report services have probably combined, changed name,
or gone out of business, but I'm sure some still exist, and a good librarian
is your best resource!

You might call the equivalent department in your nearest big city or
university library and see what they can offer. I used to find them very
helpful.
