Would someone define the difference between a user guide and a reference
guide?
How does content differ in the user guide from the reference guide?
Does a reference guide use procedures?
Would each have the same general sections and use the same conventions for
them, such as:
prefaces
overviews
introductions
What is a an example of a specific chapter of a reference guide that differs
from one found in a user guide in, for example, customer service?
If you asked me to write a reference guide for customer service, what
subjects would you expect me to cover?
Thanks very much.
