There's a PDF of a doc plan on the TECHWR-L site. My colleagues and I wrote it and
use it for our writing projects. I'm not sure if you're talking about a plan for a
documentation project, or how to plan what to include in a single manual. If the
latter, this plan doesn't cover that.
