Go to the STC web site (www.stc.org) and search on API
or SDK. There have been a few related articles in
_Intercom_ over the past few years.

Also, you might want to check out the workbook
available from Gordon & Gordon
(www.gordonandgordon.com). A bit pricey for what is
basically a bound series of PowerPoint slides from
their workshop, but it might be useful to you.
